Created through layered applications of acrylic, egg tempera, pigments and ash on canvas, the work explores surface as a bearer of time rather than image. The materials are applied, reduced and reworked until a restrained, tactile surface emerges.

Muted light tones and subtle contrasts form a calm visual field in which rhythm, repetition and traces of process become visible. Nothing is decorative; every mark belongs to the material dialogue.
