THE COLLECTED – LITTLE II is a small-format still life that brings together material presence, surface and quiet attention.
A single, dark vessel holds a branch of deep red berries, set against a softly layered background created with egg tempera, pigments and ash.

Muted earth tones, subtle greens and warm, weathered surfaces form a calm visual field in which light, shadow and material gently interact.
The berries introduce a restrained tension - organic, fragile, and momentary - while the vessel remains grounded and still.

Traces of process and time remain visible throughout the surface, allowing the material to speak as much as the motif itself.
Each work in THE COLLECTED series reflects a slower way of seeing and working, rooted in observation and material awareness.
